The Lilac is one of the largest lodges at Sandhills, with 800 sq ft internally and a large Millboard sundeck with furniture included for outdoor relaxing and taking in the wonderful sunset views in the evenings.
The lodge comes fully furnished with a range of integral appliances, external storage box, outside tap, external power socket and private parking bay.
Please note - the bay window configuration is being altered to include a large picture window to enhance the already spectacular view from the sofa.
A new feature this year is the 'home office' facility as you enter the lodge from the side door. Free WiFi is provided meaning you can finish off those emails at your desk or even work from your holiday home whenever you please.
Sandhills has some lovely facilities to enjoy such as the heated outdoor swimming pool, lounge bar and fitness room. We don't have amusement arcades or theme park rides, just a relaxing and friendly community atmosphere of like-minded people.
From the lodge, it is a five minute walk to Avon Beach and the Noisy Lobster seafood restaurant. Walking west along the promenade, you'll find Mudeford Quay where you can hop onto the foot ferry to Mudeford Spit with sandy dunes next to Hengistbury Head conservation area.
We're also on the main bus route between Bournemouth and Lymington so if you prefer, you can leave the car parked up and get out about by bus or cycle to explore all that the local area has to offer.
Please note - this holiday lodge is not liable for Stamp Duty and it comes with a 30 year pitch licence agreement that permits both short term holiday lets and recreational use (not residential).
This holiday home is available for sale with a pitch license agreement. The park has a season length of 11 months a year during which time there are no restrictions on the amount of times an owner can visit their holiday home. The standard annual pitch fee for this park is from £7925 to £10745 per annum.
