This spacious holiday home is already sited on a large plot backing on to fields and ready for ownership. The Delta Feria has been cleverly designed with a door leading into the kitchen making it bright, with large fridge freezer, cooker and hob. then there is another door leading into the hallway / lounge area where you will find a free standing table and chairs and a free standing large sofa ideal after a day at the beach to sit and relax and watch a film with the Free View that is available in all our holiday homes. You will also find a gas fire for those chilly evenings though this holiday home has double glazing and is central heated by gas radiators. This room is again bright and airy as it benefit from large windows from the dining area.
From the lounge you will find the WC and a large twin bedroom which would hold a double bed comfortably. On the other side of the lounge you will find anther twin bedroom and a very spacious master bedroom with ample of storage space.
The family shower room has a large shower, sink and vanity unit and has two doors, one leading to the hallway and the other to the master bedroom.
All in all this is a lovely holiday home idea for family use and with the double glazing and heating you will be using this holiday home all year round.
