Situated near the historic village of Lamplugh in the beautiful Western Lake District, our small and exclusive family-owned park is within easy reach of everything the region has to offer. There’s so much to see and do in the Lake District, and our park is open all year round, so you can choose to visit for a weekend, a short break, or stay longer if you like.
Here you’ll ﬁnd all you need for a truly relaxing break: well-appointed caravans with generous plots set in attractive grounds; a welcoming atmosphere, peace and quiet, plus an on-site shop and children’s play area. All our caravans have double-glazing and central heating for cosy nights in, so you can enjoy our lovely park and its fabulous surroundings in all seasons.
You’ll ﬁnd tremendous scenery in every direction, with secluded beaches, dramatic mountains, and no fewer than sixteen beautiful lakes just waiting to be explored. Scafell, England’s highest mountain; Wastwater, its deepest lake; Windermere, its longest lake, and Whinlatter, the only true mountain forest in England, are all close at hand. Whatever your age or ability, there are so many ways to explore this wonderful part of the world: by car, train, bike, boat, on horseback, or on foot. Take your pick.
